The Archaeology Field Club is a student-led organisation based in Cape Town, affiliated with the South African Archaeological Society. We create practical opportunities for archaeology students to extend their knowledge, meet professional archaeologists, engage in heritage management, contribute towards heritage conservation and visit all types of sites in the Western Cape. We welcome all students to join our events and hybrid activities. We aim to inspire future generations of archaeologists to continue the excellence established by southern African archaeology!
